This area of the LIC website provides information on human infection, from the symptoms and treatment to the precautions and risks of infection. We also aim to provide regularly-updated information on research and outbreaks, however we do not and cannot enter into active collaboration on specific cases. The LIC staff do not treat patients who may contact us. We will however try and answer any queries raised where possible.
